Yosemite Fields

3,967 Elevation

Our first guest is the fields along 120. We were going to make our way through to the east side of the forest but the road was closed due to fires. To avoid that, we went ahead and made our way to some of the attractions. There were a lot of views along the way like this that we stopped at.

PSPHOTO ; The second act ; another field! Before the shuttle picked us up, I got a few photos of the mountain face and field. To add, those shuttles were amazing…and free! Stay tuned for the main event!

Another Look

Few More Of The Golden Sunset

So here is this photo of birds heading north and I thought they made a fun accent to the bridge with the sunset colors. Nothing fancy for this one but I thought I would share it with you.

PSPHOTO; Here is the fancier version with the high dynamic range enhancements. This was one of my favorite spots. Watching the sun melt into the sea was really pretty.

Golden Sunset

Can’t seem to leave San Francisco

I am back for another angle with this bridge. The sun keeps setting a bit sooner than I expect each time so I keep wanting more! Plus we were in good company so it was definitely a good time to stay a few days longer. So here is this photo to start. The sun had just disappeared in to the horizon but I was able to get a peek a boo.

PSPHOTO ; Who would I be if I didn’t spoil you with a panoramic of the sunset near the golden gate bridge?

Cliffs at Night

Long Exposure

I love the long exposure water movement photos. I haven’t really had an opportunity to have my own photo like this until now. Even then, it still wasn’t dark enough for a really long shutter. This beach had a tiny creek running into the rocky ocean so the movement made it a little easier. It took a few attempts because it was hard to time the splash of the waves but I think I got it.

PSPHOTO ; The colors of the ocean mixed with the sky was something to stop and take in. Even this seagull knows to take a moment and enjoy. Honestly, he was probably was at a vantage point for food, but why ruin the thought.
